In the context of a software update from the manufacturer, we will reboot our two core routers at the data center DUS in the night from Tuesday, December 8, 2020 to Wednesday, December 9, 2020 between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. and in the night from Thursday, December 10, 2020 to Friday, December 11, 2020 between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. In the maintenance windows, only one router is restarted at a time, so that the supply is always guaranteed.
This work also serves your increased supply security, so we ask for your understanding for this maintenance measure. We do not expect any influence on the availability of the Internet connection, since the redundant device is always available, but there is still a small residual risk. During the maintenance, there may be changes in routing and slightly higher latencies to external destinations.
